Apart from waste collection and disposal services, the council also offers the following servcies

•   Lawn mowing
•   Drain pipe cleaning
•   Street sweeping

Customers can make complaints, and also appeals against city taxes, to the MPKB-BRI via the public Relations Department by just filling in the relevant form at the information counter at the council Head Quarters, or send an email to the MPKB-BRI website (www.mpkbbri.gov.my)

For any services required, come directly to the City Services or Information Counter at the  MPKB-BRI Head Quarters on Jalan Hospital, and fill in the relevant form based on the services required.
